Author and/or illustrator of over 40 books, Pat children’s book courses at Pratt Institute and Parsons boast a growing number of award-winning children’s book creators. She also holds an annual summer Children’s Book Boot Camp that brings writers and illustrators together with top editors, art directors and agents in the industry.
Pat serves on the Advisory Council of SCBWI, the Boards of the Authors Guild, the Authors League Fund, the Ezra Jack Keats Foundation and as Chair of the Founders Award Jury for the Society of Illustrators’ annual Original Art Show. She is also a member of WGAE, The Writer’s Guild of America, East.
