Laurel Snyder is the author of many books for children, including novels like Orphan Island, and The Witch of Woodland, picture books like Endlessly Ever After (with Dan Santat), and early readers like the Charlie & Mouse series (with Emily Hughes). Her books have been honored with the Theodore Seuss Geisel Medal, the Sydney Taylor Award, The Golden Kite Award, and longlisted for the National Book Award, among others.
